Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

i found this great recipe on Pinterest a few days ago and i couldn't wait to try it, so i made it tonight and it was a great hit. I used original sauce instead of the hot one and it was still a bit spicy, i think next time i'm going to use half a cup of sauce instead of the full 1 cup i did tonight. 


- i used 2 chicken breasts but the recipe calls for 3
- 16 oz pasta penne
- ranch dressing 1 cup
- Frank's red hot sauce (i used original) - 1/2 cup
- shredded cheese (i used mild cheddar)

- cook the pasta al dente
- cube and cook the chicken (pan sauté)
- mix the hot sauce and the ranch
- put the chicken and the pasta in a baking dish, add the sauce to it, mix it all then top it with cheese
- bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 350F
