Spaghetti (the way my mom makes it)
This is one of my husband's favorite meals, it's simple, hearty and filling. I cook the ground beef with salt and pepper (allspice), i add chopped onions and a couple of cloves of garlic (sometimes i chop them, crush them or use them whole). I also chop some jalapeño or some other pepper. I boil the pasta as the package instructs. I combine all the ingredients, add mushrooms and tomato sauce. Top it with cheese before baking at 350 for 10 minutes, i like parmesan.
