I'm not sure if you are aware but the word out there is that Chia Seeds are super beneficial and it's a good idea to start incorporating them in your diet. Chia absorbs more than 12 times its weight in water so we usually prepare a gel (mix 2 cups water and 4 tablespoons chia seeds) and store it in the fridge. I add it to our juice every morning, 2 tablespoons per person. Chia is full of fiber, manganese, phosphorus, it's a good source for protein, it fights belly fat, it has close to 5 grams of omega-3 in a one once serving and it also helps combat diabetes and improves heart health.
Tart Cherry Juice (my sister in law introduced me to this juice):
I drink 30 ml twice a day. Tart Cherry Juice raises Melatonin levels in your body naturally. Melatonin acts as a strong ovarian antioxidant. There's been some studies that have shown Melatonin to have a protective and rejuvenating effect on female fertility.
In our house every other dish contains garlic, i'm Lebanese so i don't need an excuse to use garlic. Also i've read somewhere that garlic helps prevent stomach cancer.
Aloe Vera Juice:
This specific brand is from Whole Foods, honestly it doesn't taste the best, i think it tastes like dish soap, don't ask how i know the taste of dish soap. Aloe Vera is something we introduced recently to our diet. I use it instead of water when i'm making our morning juice. Aloe Vera is high in vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids. It helps detoxify your body, it helps with digestion and it helps alkalize your body. it helps boost the immune system and it's good for skin. There's always a warning on the packages that just because a little is beneficial for you it doesn't mean that a lot is more beneficial. It says to use it for a couple of weeks, wait a month then use it again.
